Springfield Ballet Company to conduct auditions
for Carolina Ballet Theatre Summerworks 2010

Springfield, IL—The Springfield Ballet Company will host an audition master class for Carolina Ballet Theatre’s (CBT) Summerworks dance intensive on Saturday, February 13, 2010, 12:00 to 1:30 p.m., at the Hoogland Center for the Arts, Theatre II.

The application fee is $20.00 payable to Carolina Ballet Theatre. The audition master class fee is $10.00 payable to Springfield Ballet Company.

Applicants must submit a photograph and a letter of recommendation from a present dance teacher. Female photo should be releve in second position en face. Male photograph should be tendu in second position en face.

CBT’s Summerworks dance intensive will be held June 21 – July 9, 2010, at the School of Carolina Ballet Theatre’s Studios, 872 Woodruff Road, Greenville, S.C. Tuition is $1,200.00 for the three-week intensive. Chaperoned room and board is also available for $1,200.00.
