Leave Request Form (All requests must be submitted in writing two weeks prior to the anticipated absence. Only ONE excused absence is allowed for this production. TECH WEEK is mandatory.)
**The date of Ballet Bowling has changed to Sunday, November 11, 2012. Regular rehearsal will be held on Sunday, November 4, 2012. Please reference the updated Rehearsal Schedule and Rehearsal Key to note these changes.
Please note: We will not be having a parent/dancer orientation meeting this season. All required forms and important information will be posted on this page! Please check this page each week prior to your scheduled rehearsal to ensure you are up-to-date on any changes, adjustments or additions to our schedule!
